Non-standard date papers
The deletion and withdrawal deadlines for non-standard date papers shall be one-third and two-thirds of the way through the paper respectively, normally calculated based on the start date and end date of the paper (see the paper database for these dates in relation to a specific non-standard date paper).
To confirm any non-standard paper deadlines, please contact Student Administration on firstname.lastname@example.org
You can delete a paper from your course of study by the deletion deadline. If you delete a paper you will be entitled to a refund of tuition fees for that paper, and the paper will be removed from your academic record.
Deleted papers do not count towards fees-free entitlements.
If you delete all of your papers by the deletion deadline, any tuition fees you've paid will be refunded less a tuition refund fee.
Withdrawing from papers
You can withdraw from a paper after the deletion deadline, but before the withdrawal deadline. There is no refund of fees for withdrawn papers, and your liability for any unpaid fees will remain.
You can withdraw via your eVision portal.
Withdrawn papers will continue to be listed on your academic record with "Withdrawn" noted beside them, and do count towards fees-free entitlements.
