If you cannot open your digital exam file on your computer, run through the following troubleshooting options:

  • If you received your exam file via email, have you downloaded the file to your desktop?
  • If you have downloaded it and it is not opening for you, check what sort of file it is. If it is a Microsoft Word file, do you have Word installed on your computer?
  • When you try to open the file, do you get an error message? If you do, please take a note of it so you can advise AskOtago.
  • If you downloaded your exam file from Blackboard, try and download the file again.
