To enter your password, click on the exam you are scheduled to take on the left-hand side and enter the exam’s password in the Exam Password box, then click the Start Exam button.

If you receive an error message saying that your password is invalid:

  • Make sure you have clicked on the correct exam on the left side before typing in the exam password
  • Check the email you have been sent and ensure you are entering the correct password for the correct examination
  • You cannot copy and paste the password, so please ensure you are entering the password correctly (it is case sensitive)
