The University provides every student with a copy of Microsoft 365 to use while they study. When you leave the University you will no longer have access to this copy of Microsoft 365, and you will need to get your own copy.
To check if the copy you have is University-provided, follow these steps:
- Open your copy of Microsoft Word.
- If you are using a Mac, click on your initials in the top left to see which email is signed in. If you are unable to see your initials, click on File > New from Template. If it is your student email address, your copy of Microsoft 365 is University-provided.
- On a Windows computer, click on File > Account. On the University-provided copy, you will see your student email address under Connected Services on both OneDrive and Sites. The Subscription Product should be showing as Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise.
