Once you have installed the Syncplicity Sync & Share client software, you can synchronise your computer or device folders:

  1. Right-click on the folder that you want to synchronise.
  2. From the displayed menu, click on Syncplicity and choose Add Folder.
  3. Syncplicity Sync & Share then takes a synchronised copy of your chosen folder and securely stores them in the University of Otago data centres.

To stop synchronising a folder with Syncplicity Sync & Share, right-click on it on your desktop or device and select Remove Folder. You can also choose to Exclude files or folders within a synchronised folder in the same way.
