If your paper selection has been approved but you haven't received an unconditional offer of place, you may receive an alert advising that your course can't be confirmed until the conditions of your offer are met.

The usual reasons for this are:

  • you haven't been granted University Admission yet (NCEA Level 3 students see note below)
  • you need to supply outstanding documentation
  • there are specific conditions detailed in your offer of study which have not yet been met

You can check any outstanding actions you still need to complete by going to the All Alerts section of your eVision portal. Check any current or previous alerts, including any conditions detailed in your offer of study.

NCEA Level 3 students

If you are currently awaiting the release of your final NCEA Level 3 results, this may be the outstanding condition for your course to be fully approved.

Once your official results are released by NZQA, your application will be finalised by University staff. You will be notified through eVision once the process is complete.
