If you're changing your programme, the way you transfer papers from one qualification to another will depend on the time of year (and other factors).
Before the last day to add papers
If you haven't completed your declaration, you can make these changes yourself in eVision. First you will need to apply for the new programme under Programmes and papers in eVision. You should then remove the papers from the old programme and add them to the new one via Paper selection.
If you have already completed your declaration, you will need to apply for the new programme under Programmes and papers in eVision. You can then transfer your papers via the Change of Course process in eVision by deleting them from the old programme and adding them to the new one. Your papers will then be submitted to staff for approval.
After the last day to add papers
If you apply to transfer papers passed in the current academic year, this transfer cannot be actioned until the following academic year.
Once you have passed a paper, you can request that it be transferred to another programme at any time by using the link in the Programmes and papers section of your eVision portal, but the actual transfer will not be done until the following academic year.
If you're completing a double degree, you can cross credit papers between qualifications without needing to specifically transfer them.
