If you have been accepted for an Otago Global Student Exchange Programme, you will need to have your exchange paper (EXCH000) added by University staff.
Before this can occur you need to complete course enrolment and paper selection, by only selecting the papers that will be taught at Otago and leaving the semester/s that you are going on exchange blank. Select "Save and exit" on the Review and submit page.
When you've completed these steps, let the Exchange Office know you are ready to have the EXCH000 paper/s added. You will receive an alert in eVision when this has been done.
Once you receive the alert, log in to eVision and complete the course enrolment declaration.
