If you are enrolled in the Health Sciences First Year (HSFY) programme, you can add in an optional eighth paper in the second semester, selected from an approved list.

The results in your best 7 papers will be counted for the purposes of admission to the professional programmes, provided that the compulsory 7 papers are passed at or above the required minimum standards.

You are encouraged to check the Health Sciences First Year FAQs for the optional eighth paper, and to book a course advice appointment if you have any further questions.
