Please see the important information about the Extension to delete first semester and full year papers due to the impacts of COVID-19
|Deadlines for deletion||Deadlines for withdrawal|
|Summer School papers||13 January 2020||3 February 2020|
|First semester papers||13 March 2020||1 May 2020|
|Full year papers||20 March 2020||11 September 2020|
|Second semester papers||24 July 2020||11 September 2020|
Changes must be made by 5pm on the deadline date. If you are taking papers with non-standard start and end dates you should email firstname.lastname@example.org for advice regarding the relevant dates.
You can delete a paper from your course of study by the deletion deadline. If you delete a paper you will be entitled to a refund of tuition fees for that paper, and the paper will be removed from your academic record. Deleted papers do not count towards fees-free entitlements.
If you delete all of your papers by the deletion deadline, any tuition fees you've paid will be refunded less a Tuition Refund fee.
Withdrawing from papers
You can withdraw from a paper after the deletion deadline, but before the withdrawal deadline. There is no refund of fees for withdrawn papers, and your liability for any unpaid fees will remain.
Withdrawn papers will continue to be listed on your academic record with 'Withdrawn' noted beside them, and do count towards fees-free entitlements.
