If you lose your connection to the internet in the middle of your exam, you may also get disconnected from your exam in Blackboard. If this happens, you should be able to reconnect once your internet comes back online.
Once your internet access is back, your exam should automatically reconnect. If it doesn’t automatically reconnect, you may need to refresh the page.
Do not click the Submit button as this may submit your unfinished exam.
