If you have started your examination, but find yourself locked out of Blackboard after a technical issue or if you have submitted your exam accidentally, your Blackboard examination may have only been enabled for a single attempt. 

Your Blackboard access must be unlocked by the department. If your exam has a departmental contact listed, please contact them in the first instance. If you are unable to get through to them, contact AskOtago.
