IT Training is held in one of the training rooms on the second floor of Leith Walk House, 270 Leith Walk:

You will be notified of your course’s location in a confirmation email you are sent prior to the course date. When you arrive for your course, please check the whiteboard at the top of the stairs for directions to the room your training is taking place.

All of the training rooms have iMac dual-boot computers. This means they can run as either Macs or PCs.

It is preferable to use IT Training computers when you attend scheduled or group training in the training rooms. You may be able to use your laptop with approval from the IT Training team. Please ask when you make your booking.

Your department or external organisation can hire the training rooms in half-day blocks if the rooms are not being used. Needs related to this room hire can be negotiated with the IT Training Coordinator.
