If you are using mPrint in Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 7 you may get a blank IE11 window (instead of the mPrint login screen). To fix this:

  1. Go to your Internet Options in IE
  2. Change the "Enable Enhanced Protected Mode" setting to ON for the security zone that mprint.otago.ac.nz is in (typically Intranet zone or Trusted sites).
