AskOtago Student IT Services are your first point of contact if you are experiencing any technical issues with your personal or student computer. General student IT resources

Distance students can have software sent either:

  • As an emailed link (for downloading EndNote and Sophos Anti-virus), or
  • A "media kit" of CD and instructions with a return-by date (available for New Zealand addresses only)

Please contact your department to have the appropriate software licences arranged for you.
