Finding a file to share

To share a file online, you will need to save the file into your OneDrive. Once you have done that log in to Office 365 Online - see the related answer:

To access your files online, click on the menu button in the top left corner and select the OneDrive button:

Here you will see the files you have saved, and any folders you have created:

Sharing files

  1. In OneDrive, click on the file or notebook you wish to share
  2. In the top right corner look for a Share button - this might look different depending on which application you are using:

  3. Type in the student's name you wish to share the file with, and choose if they are able to edit it, or just view it

  4. Click Share. The student will receive a notification informing them that they can now access the file or notebook
