At the north-west end of the Dunedin campus where the Science buildings are, there are a number of study spaces available. The newest one is the Marsh Study Centre, which was once a student pub, but is now a wonderful study area with a café, wireless access, and a student printer:

West CAL is located on the right at the top of the wide stairs at the front of the Physical Education Building, 46 Union Street West:
