The University provides every student with a copy of Office 365 to use while they study. When you leave the University you will no longer have access to this copy of Office 365, and you will need to get your own copy.
To check if the copy you have is University-provided, follow these steps:
- Open your copy of Microsoft Word.
- If you are using a Mac, click on your initials in the top left to see which email is signed in. If it is your student email address, your copy of Office 365 is University-provided.
- On a Windows computer, click on File > Account. On the University-provided copy, you will see your student email address under Connected Services on both OneDrive and Sites. The Subscription Product should be showing as Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus.
