To add a printer in Student Desktop/Staff Desktop:
- Log in to your Student Desktop/Staff Desktop
- Hold the Windows and R keys down together to bring up the Run command
- Type \\print.registry.otago.ac.nz (or \\print-chch.otago.ac.nz if you are on the Christchurch campus) into the open field, then press Enter
- Find your printer and double-click on its name to install it
If your printer does not install, please contact your department's IT support staff or Student IT who will arrange with ITS to get the printer enabled for you.
