The usual monthly spending limit for your PCard is $5,000.

If you need to go over this limit, discuss the spending with your manager. It may be possible to temporarily extend your limit but this depends on your department's budget.

For this to take place you need to send an email from your approver to the PCard Administrator, who will put a request through to Westpac. Please state the value of the increase and the length of time it is required. The PCard Administrator will let you know once the increase has been actioned by Westpac.
