To be eligible for a PCard, you will need to meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • you travel frequently or overseas in the course of your work
  • you are responsible for purchasing significant numbers of minor value goods and services on behalf of the University
  • you incur regular small dollar transactions

You should discuss this with your manager or supervisor before applying. Your PCard application will need to be approved by your cost centre manager or Head of Department, your divisional head or nominated representative, and a Finance Authorised Signatory.
