The IT Support Services team can provide IT support for your event during business hours (8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday) and after-hours support may be arranged by negotiation depending on staff availability.

If your conference or event is affiliated with the University of Otago, there is no charge for support further to what is already being charged as part of the facility booking fee (if applicable). If there is no University affiliation a charge may be applicable depending on the nature of the support required.
