If you're having trouble seeing recent changes to a page, you may need to clear your web browser’s cache and cookies:

Chrome

  1. In the browser bar, enter chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Select the items you want to clear by checking the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" but make sure nothing else is selected
  3. Click Clear data
  4. Close and reopen Chrome for the change to take effect

Firefox 4.0 and above for Windows

  1. Click on the Firefox icon (orange circle) and under History select Clear Recent History
  2. From the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select Everything
  3. Click the down arrow next to Details to see a list of history options to clear
  4. Select the items you want to clear by checking the boxes for "Cookies" and "Cache" but make sure nothing else is selected
  5. Click Clear Now
  6. Close and reopen Firefox for this change to take effect

Firefox 3.5 and above for Mac (and some versions of Firefox for Windows)

  1. Under History select Clear Recent History
  2. From the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select Everything
  3. Click the down arrow next to Details to see a list of history options to clear
  4. Select the items you want to clear by checking the boxes for "Cookies" and "Cache" but make sure nothing else is selected
  5. Click Clear Now
  6. Close and reopen Firefox for this change to take effect

Internet Explorer 10, 9 and 8

  1. Click Tools > Internet Options, and under the General tab, select Delete... under Browsing history
  2. Deselect Preserve Favorites website data but select Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History
  3. Click Delete

Safari

  1. From the Safari menu, select Reset Safari
  2. Select the items you want to reset from the menu, then click Reset
