If you are using an older version of the Safari web browser you may receive an error message saying "no response from web server" when trying to log into University of Otago Corporate Applications (such as eVision, or attempting to reset a password). If you encounter this problem, try the following solutions:

  • Clear your web browser cache and cookies: Clearing browser cache/cookies
  • Log in using another web browser (such as Chrome or Firefox) or on another computer.
  • Wait 10 minutes before trying again
