AskOtago is your one-stop shop for all questions related to the University of Otago and connects people with services around the University. It is underpinned by an easily accessible and searchable knowledgebase. The database is dynamic; new content will be added in as new topics and questions arise, or amended as new information is developed.

The online AskOtago knowledgebase provides staff, students and visitors with simple, convenient and accessible contact methods for lodging requests or making enquiries. It will also function as the online FAQ database for staff, students and members of the public. 

There are three ways you can search for information.

  • Browse: From the home page select the appropriate tile then browse through the categories.
  • Search: You can perform a keyword search by using the search box on any page.
  • Send us an enquiry: If you can't find the answer to your question, you can send us an email using the Send us your enquiry button on any page.
