To enter a new appointment or reminder into your StudentMail calendar:

  1. Click the Calendar icon (bottom left), then + new event.
  2. Enter the name, location, start and end date/time.
  3. A reminder is set for 15 minutes prior by default, but can be changed to None or up to 2 weeks before the appointment.
  4. Click the Save and Close button (top left).

To delete an appointment, right-click on the appointment in your calendar and select Delete.
