All staff and students at the University of Otago are able to use Qualtrics as long as they have an @otago.ac.nz or @student.otago.ac.nz email address. If you want to create a survey for your own use, please contact AskOtago to request a Qualtrics account:

If you are a teaching or academic staff member and require your students to run a survey, you will need to designate a staff member to act as Division Administrator for your department (or Qualtrics "Division"). Please email ITS Software Procurement at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that the staff member be set up as Administrator for your Division. The designated staff member will receive an email which contains all the information required with a link to online tutorials to help with the administration of your department's Qualtrics account.
