The mobile device charges document on the Financial Services Division website has information about the rate plans and call charges (including overseas charges) for University of Otago staff mobile phones and devices. You will need to use your University staff username and password to access this information:

The University has special roaming charge rates for overseas for call minutes, texts, and data allowance included as part of your low daily rate. There is no contract term for a University of Otago mobile phone.

The data included in your University of Otago mobile plan is allocated based on your previous use. If you would like to modify the allocated quota of data, use the request form below and you will be contacted to discuss your data requirements. You will be prompted to log in to the Ask IT Customer Portal with your University username and password which will populate the form with your contact details:
