Log in to the Ask IT Customer Portal using your University username and password to apply to use Syncplicity Sync & Share.
University of Otago staff, postgraduate students, and people with external usernames can all use Syncplicity Sync & Share. The service is not available to undergraduate students.
You will be asked three questions about the data you are going to synchronise and share with Syncplicity. Your answers to these questions define the Syncplicity User Security Policy Group you are added into.
You will be emailed a link for registering to use the service and installing the Syncplicity Sync & Share client software on your computers and any other devices you're using.
Please don't sign up for the free version of Syncplicity if you are already using the University service as this can cause problems with synchronising your files correctly.
