Replacement degree certificates can only be produced when the original has been lost, damaged, or destroyed.
To request a replacement you will need to email the Graduation Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then be sent an application form, which includes a declaration you will need to sign. You will also need to pay the associated fee of $75 per qualification (plus courier charges). If your original degree certificate has been damaged, you will need to return it to the University.
Requests for replacement degree certificates take four to six weeks to process.
If your certificate was issued after September 2017, a verified digital version is available via the My eQuals portal. Qualifications issued prior to September 2017 can be uploaded to My eQuals on request by emailing the Graduation Office.
There is a one-off fee of $30 payable via My eQuals to access your digital certificate(s) and your digital transcript.
