Tickets are available for collection from the AskOtago Central Hub, ISB Building:

  • For ceremonies held on a Saturday, tickets will be available from the Wednesday prior to the ceremony until 12 noon on the day of the ceremony.
  • For a Wednesday ceremony, tickets are available from the Monday prior to the ceremony until 12 noon on the day of the ceremony.

Students must present photo ID when collecting their tickets.

Further information will be available on the Graduation pages approximately six weeks prior to your graduation ceremony.

Additional guest tickets

At the time that you apply for a place in a ceremony via your graduation application within eVision, you will be able to request additional guest tickets. You should state the total number of tickets you would like, including the two guaranteed tickets. Additional tickets are not guaranteed. The person graduating does not need a ticket.The Graduation Office will confirm how many tickets you have been allocated approximately two weeks prior to your ceremony.
