Financial Services Division - eLearning
It includes short videos and related information, so you can work through your task and watch the video at the same time. The training covered includes using Finance One for accounts payable and receivable, general ledger accounting, procurement, and purchase card.
There are also links to these videos within Finance One for a wide range of document processing, procurement, or enquiry-related tasks.
In-person training in Dunedin
Other financial training can be tailored to suit departmental/divisional requests. Email fsd.training@otago.ac.nz with the details of the training topics and they will liaise with you to arrange a suitable time. If a group of people are looking for training in a module that is not scheduled in the near future, a one-off session can be arranged.
Training on other campuses
Financial training sessions can be organised for staff on other campuses if there's enough interest for the trainer/s to travel to your campus and take two or three sessions of the same or different modules.
To arrange training, email fsd.training@otago.ac.nz with:
- Course name
- Number of attendees for each course
- Venue information, including location and facilities
The Training Administrators will liaise with you and the trainers to visit your campus.
