During your Performance and Development Review (PDR) meeting, a discussion will normally take place that will include:

  • What you've achieved over the past year based on certain competencies
  • Your performance against the previous goals set
  • Setting new goals for the coming year, considering any development opportunities which may be required to achieve these
  • Reviewing your salary (where relevant)
