For the Performance and Development Review (PDR) to be successful, both the parties need to be able to maintain a working relationship. If an agreement can't be reached the parties are encouraged to seek the assistance from a third party to help.

The PDR form should only be signed once both parties agree that it reflects the content of the discussion.
