Staff covered by a collective agreement (i.e. they must be a union member) and whose agreement with the University has ended may or may not receive backdated pay, depending on the terms of the agreement.

Staff covered by an individual agreement and whose agreement with the University has ended will only receive any related backdated pay increase if they were employed at the time the individual offers were formally made.
